Wayne’s Heritage Like & Share Competition

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotor is the BBF Safety Group and Wayne Safety.
  2. This competition is limited to South African residents, 18 years and older, who are in possession of a valid South African identity document, passport or document of proof of South African residency.
  3. Any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members may not enter or participate in this promotional competition and will automatically be disqualified upon entry.
  4. This promotional competition is open from 15 January 2021 to 15 February 2021. All entries received after the closing date will not be considered. Winners will be announced on 1 March 2021.
  5. To enter participant are required to like the Wayne page and share the competition post
  6. Only 1 pair of gumboots per winner; no 1 person may receive more than 1 pair of boots. Winners will be selected at random and the promoter’s decision is final.
  7. Prizes may be replaced with a pair of boots of similar value due to stock shortages and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
  9. Prize must be claimed within 3 months of winner announcement.
  10. Entrant agrees to take part in any marketing activities associated with the competition including use names in winner announcements.
  11. All decisions made by Wayne regarding the competition, the winners, the prizes or other are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
